Why not coming is not an option!

On November 4 and 5, it’s that time again: the #DCDW Events in Antwerp and Houten (no, this time not in Almere, that was fully booked)! These promise to be full days with speakers from both home and abroad providing more insight and context into the fascinating world of online automotive!

What will we do on November 4?

In Antwerp, we are creating more and more content specifically relevant for Belgium. We do this with the CX Awards and by researching exclusively Belgian dealers and brands operating in Belgium. This gives Belgian dealers a clear view of who they cooperate or compete with… we do this together with Multi-Value!

Jonathan Dawson will of course also be there to ignite the room just like in the Netherlands and show how to get sales teams to work together and succeed through better coaching and training. How exactly? We will demonstrate this on the day!

In addition, there will be guest presentations from our premium and lunch sponsor 2dehands.be, a presentation by Rick Zielman of Autotelex on a specific Belgian initiative, and AMI – Automotive Marketing Intelligence for you Pieterjan Huyghe will attend. Johan Verbois will explain the Belgian used car market. I will close the day with a Google My Business workshop, specially for Belgian dealers.

Houten, November 5

Some participants will almost automatically drive to Almere, but this time we are really going to Van der Valk Houten because Almere was full. The Dutch program differs from the one in Belgium.

There are no fewer than two panel discussions on the program! The first is with representatives from Marktplaats, PowerKraut Rick Zielman and AutoFacets (A Gateway Group Company). They will discuss current themes they are working on to improve online automotive!

Four portals on one stage!

Something I am very proud of: in the second panel discussion, the four leaders of the four major portals will talk to each other, led by Bart Kuijpers of BKAN.nl. They will discuss the role and necessity of portals in car dealerships. Participants are Alexander Prinssen, CSO of Marktplaats; Dorianne Richelle, country manager Autoscout24 Netherlands; Jan-Paul Poldervaart, commercial director of Autotrack/Gaspedaal; and Joep Hendriks from ViaBOVAG!

CX Awards: who will follow BMW?

Last year, BMW won the CX Awards, both for brands and dealers (Pala Autogroep). We present this award together with Multi-Value and CARMEN Automotive BDC. We visited, called, and emailed more than twenty brands and dealers to see how they handle opportunities! For comparison, we also included data from other countries. BMW was last year’s winner; we will announce who will win the CX Awards this year on November 5.

Keynote speaker

Jonathan Dawson is our keynote speaker, this time not at the end of the program, but right after lunch, to energize the room! One of his topics: how to motivate your sales team to reach great heights? Jonathan is also a Mitsubishi dealer, so he knows what he is talking about.

Further, there are presentations from RDC and a break program by #DCDW.

Participation

Participation in these events is free for all employees of dealers, car companies, importers, and leasing companies. Students from IVA & Fontys Helmond also get free access after special registration. If you don’t fall within these target groups but still want to attend, we ask for a contribution of €595 excluding VAT to make this event free for the real target audience.
